About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling /Back office Executive for our NBFC operations. Candidates with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) will be given preference. However, candidates with experience in other loan tele-sales profiles such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan,

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data.
• Explain LAP and other loan product features clearly.
• Understand customer financial requirements and check basic eligibility.
• Generate fresh leads and follow up on existing leads.
• Fix appointments for field sales team (if required).
• Coordinate with credit and operations team for smooth processing.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM.
• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
• Collection and forwarding of client KYC documents to Credit team
• Case Login on LOS/LMS

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / Gold Loan / Mortgage Loan tele-sales may also apply.
• Minimum English-speaking ability (basic communication required).
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge

Skills Require:

• Tele-sales experience in loan products
• Good communication skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under targets
• Basic understanding of loan documentation
